By placing an order, you confirm that you are able to receive shipments, which includes being physically present to accept delivery. If your order is returned due to restrictions, you are responsible for return shipping charges and applicable storage charges. We will accept normal returns of unopened/unused items within 15 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping charges.
We accept all major credit cards. We also accept bank checks for specific orders. Please note that products are only shipped once payment has been cleared.
Refunds can take up to 7 business days. If the refund is due to a returned product, we do not refund any money until we have received the product at our premises.
We ship most of our products via Canada Post, ICS, Canpar and UPS.

Yes. We will accept returns of unopened/unused items within 15 days of delivery. We do not accept returns after the 15 day period. All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping rate.
