Description

200ml Automix® two-component epoxy panel adhesive

Description

Used to bond steel, aluminum, sheet molded compound (SMC) and fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP). Primary use is to replace side panels, roofs, bed sides, van sides, utility vehicle sides and door trims. This adhesive offers extended working time but can be quickly cured by heat.
For use with 3M™ Premium Handheld Applicator 08117 or MixPac® Pneumatic Applicator 09930 and 3M™ Static Mixing Nozzle 08193.

Features

Hardens quickly with heat.

Excellent adhesion to a wide variety of plastics and metals.

Working time is two hours at 21°C (70°F) and one hour at 37°C (100°F).

Handling time is four hours and cure time is 24 hours.

Manual

Can be used for bumper cover repair under certain conditions. DO NOT use on structural components such as pillars, frame rails or rocker panels (on unibody vehicles).

For use on exterior body panels only.

RETURN POLICY

We will accept returns of unopened/unused items within 15 days of delivery. We do not accept returns after the 15 day period. All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the return shipping rate. Special orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
