Delivery Information and Shipping Restrictions

Purchases/Payments
The company bills you through an online billing account for purchases of products or services. You agree to pay the Company all fees at the then-current prices for products that you or others using your billing account may purchase and you authorize the Company to charge your chosen method of payment for such purchases.
You agree to make payment using this selected payment method. If you ordered a product or service subject to recurring charges, you consent to our charging your Payment Method on a recurring basis, without requiring prior approval from you for each recurring transaction until you cancel the applicable product or service.
The company reserves the right to correct any fault or pricing error that it makes, even if it has already requested or received payment. Return policy
We will accept returns of unopened and unused items within 15 days of delivery. We do not accept returns after this 15 day period. All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the return shipping rate.
Special orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
Additionally, while www.goodshopcanada.com will consider refund and return requests for products that are defective in manufacture or damaged in shipment. However, it accepts no responsibility for any problems arising from the use of its packaging.
